The initial treatment session always begins with a comprehensive consultation in order to determine the root of your ailment or distress. this will assess which therapies would be most suitable. Whether the origin is physical or emotional, a combination of the following would therefore be used: Applied Kinesiology, Nutritional Medicine (including a food intolerance testing), Clinical Herbalism, Counselling, Hypnotherapy, N.L.P., Past-Life Regression, Reiki healing, Hopi Ear Candling and massage.

- For your first appointment, You may be asked to bring with you detailed notes regarding your dietary intake over the past 7 days.
- Also, you will be issued with a personal Health Plan and Dietary intake specific to your health requirements. Nutritional supplements might be prescribed; vitamins, minerals, herbal remedies, and Bach Flower remedies.
- The rate of progress will depend on your state of health and your response to treatment
